• In what language can we prepare reports?
  Findings are normally presented in English or Italian, but can be presented in other languages; what language do you need?
• Do targets get notified of the checks?
  No, unless you want it that way. Italian regulations allows for background screening and other related investigations to be carried out with a non-alerting approach.
• Where do we work?
  We carry out operations worldwide. We work closely with a network of vetted and trusted operators that allows us to have boots-on-the-ground in every jurisdiction whilst providing analytical and client support from our Italian headquarters.
• How much does it cost?
  Fees are regularly negotiated after a preliminary analysis of the target and agreed upon prior to starting an operation. You will have certainty of the cost of the project prior to giving us the green light. Depending on the specifics of the case, services can be charged on a project or hourly basis.
• What is your estimated time of delivery?
  When do you need it for? Our average time of delivery for due diligence cases is two weeks; however, the deadline for a specific project is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Are we authorized to do so?
  Italian regulations foresee the licensing of all private investigations and related services across the country. As an Italian intelligence firm with international expertise, we are fully licensed to carry out investigations and background checks worldwide.
• Do you need authorization from the subject of the investigation?
  An authorization form can be a helpful level of disclosure , as it would us allow to deepen the retrieval of certain information (e.g. criminal record and degree certificates), but in most cases it is not strictly necessary.
